We're now looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer with Motion Graphics expertise to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients' marketing campaigns.

You will be responsible for

  1. Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to website banners, social media assets, display ads, infographics, and email newsletters.
  2. Developing motion graphics, animations, and video assets that enhance the user experience and effectively communicate key messages across digital platforms.
  3. Utilizing Figma and other design tools to create stunning landing pages that showcase our client's products and services in a visually appealing and user-friendly manner.
  4. Creating captivating presentations that effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Translating client requirements and creative briefs into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  6. Participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative concepts for marketing campaigns and visual storytelling.
  7. Ensuring consistency and coherence in design elements, typography, and color schemes throughout all deliverables.
  8. Staying up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously enhance your skill set and provide innovative design solutions.
  9. Assisting in the management and organization of design assets, maintaining an organized library of visual elements, templates, and stock resources.

You are someone who

  1. Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  2. Has 0-2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
  3. Has a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  4. Is proficient in motion graphics software, such as After Effects or similar tools, with the ability to create visually engaging animations and video content.
  5. Has experience and comfort working with Figma for designing landing pages and collaborating with team members.
  6. Has a solid understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
  7. Has a portfolio that showcases a range of design projects, including landing pages and presentations, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
